  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1-2 tablespoons minced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary), optional

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour or cornstarch

  • 1 1/3 cups non-dairy milk

  • 3 to 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 1/2-1 tablespoon lemon juice

Step 1
