Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until sprouts are golden brown and crispy.
In the last 5 minutes of roasting, add minced garlic. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
Mix honey and balsamic vinegar. Brush over Brussels sprouts after 15 minutes of roasting and continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes.
After roasting, mix in crumbled bacon and drizzle with maple syrup. Toss to coat before serving.
Notes
For more variations, try adding harissa, soy-ginger glaze, or Mediterranean flavors like lemon zest and oregano.
